The Time Grid
Add shifts to the schedule; move, lengthen and shorten their duration all using simple drag and click mouse gestures. Mouse-over a shift to see information on it, double click to remove it from the schedule. A clear, intuitive display allows you to immediately identify the number of people scheduled at any specific time and identify gaps in coverage.
The User Display
Adding users to your account is as simple as typing in their name, Rotify generates a unique colour to identify them in every schedule. Add an email address and they'll be automatically authorised to check the schedules you publish. Multiple users can be added rapidly one after another and you can start adding them to your schedules right away.
